During writing sessions, I use a range of stimulus materials to enhance student writing. One of these stimulus tools is from the Pobble (formerly Lend Me Your Literacy) website. My favourite thing about this site is that you can select an image that students find engaging in Pobble 365. There is a exciting range of pictures that allow for a variety of creative responses. I use this tool when we are doing our daily writing program (Jen McVeity’s – Seven Steps to Writing Success). The photos are updated daily, and the link is easily accessed.
